Refund policy

Last updated: April 2026 — All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo and video evidence. Please read the full policy below before placing your order.


Our Return Policy:

  • We operate a strict no-return, no-exchange policy on all orders placed with Weslora.
  • Once an order is placed and dispatched, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances including change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or personal preference.
  • We strongly encourage all customers to review the size chart and product description carefully before placing an order.

No Refunds Policy:

  • Refunds are not offered on any orders under any circumstances.
  • The only exception is a confirmed manufacturing defect reported within 48 hours of delivery — in which case we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement unit only, not a monetary refund.
  • No cash refunds, bank transfers or store credits will be issued for any reason.

Wrong Size Ordered:

  • If you ordered the wrong size, this is not eligible for return or exchange.
  • We provide a detailed size chart in every product listing. Please measure yourself and compare before ordering.
  • When in doubt, go one size down as all our tees are oversized fit.

What Counts as a Manufacturing Defect:

  • Major print errors — significant misprints, missing print or smudged graphics.
  • Stitching tears — visible tears or open seams present at the time of delivery.
  • Wrong item sent — incorrect product, design or colour received.
  • Reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo and video proof.

What Does NOT Qualify as a Defect:

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer.
  • Change of mind after placing the order.
  • Acid wash texture variations — these are a natural part of the wash process and not a defect.
  • Minor colour shade differences from screen displays due to monitor settings.
  • Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Damage caused by customer misuse, improper washing or normal wear and tear.

How to Report a Defect:

  • Step 1: Take clear photos and a short video of the defect, showing the item clearly. Video is mandatory — claims without video will not be processed.
  • Step 2: Email us at Contact@weslora.com with your order number, full name and the photo and video evidence attached.
  • Step 3: Our team will review your claim within 24–48 business hours and respond with our decision.
  • Step 4: If approved, we will arrange a replacement unit to be sent to you. No monetary refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified only within 24 hours of ordering and before dispatch.
  • To cancel, email us immediately at Contact@weslora.com with your order number.
  • Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

COD Refusal Policy:

  • If you refuse a Cash on Delivery order after it has been dispatched, the reverse shipping costs will be billed to you.
  • Repeated COD refusals will result in a permanent COD ban on your phone number and address from our store.
  • We encourage customers to order only when they are sure about their purchase to avoid unnecessary logistics costs.

Important: All claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. After this window, no claims, returns or replacements will be accepted under any circumstances. All sales are considered complete and final.


Disputes & Chargebacks:

  • If you have a genuine concern, please email us first at Contact@weslora.com before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.
  • Most concerns are resolved within 24–48 business hours when communicated directly with our support team.
  • Filing a chargeback without contacting us first can complicate and delay resolution for both parties.
  • Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested with full evidence including order logs, delivery proof and communication records.

Changes to This Policy:

  • We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law.
  • Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top.
  • Continued use of our store after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
