Shipping policy

Last updated: April 2026 — This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch and deliver your order. Please read it carefully before placing an order. By placing an order with Weslora, you agree to the shipping terms described below.


Order Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
  • During sales, new drops or high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking details once it is dispatched.

Dispatch & Delivery Time:

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days of order confirmation.
  • Metro cities — estimated delivery within 3–5 business days from dispatch.
  • Non-metro and tier-2 cities — estimated delivery within 5–7 business days from dispatch.
  • Remote areas and North-East India — estimated delivery within 7–10 business days from dispatch.
  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges:

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may carry an additional convenience fee, which will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • All applicable shipping charges (if any) are shown clearly on the checkout page before you confirm your order.

Shipping Coverage:

  • We currently ship Pan India only through our logistics partner Shipmozo.
  • We do not ship internationally at this time.
  • Some remote pin codes may not be serviceable — you will be notified at checkout or via email if your area cannot be delivered to.
  • In case of a non-serviceable pin code, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an AWB tracking number via email and SMS.
  • You can track your order in real time on our Track Your Order page using the AWB number.
  • Tracking information may take 12–24 hours to update after dispatch.
  • For any tracking issues, email us at Contact@weslora.com with your order number.

Address Accuracy:

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including correct pin code, city and contact number.
  • Weslora is not responsible for non-delivery, delayed delivery or lost orders due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.
  • Address changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order and before dispatch.
  • To request an address change, email us immediately at Contact@weslora.com with your order number.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • COD is available on most pin codes across India — availability is confirmed at checkout.
  • A small COD convenience fee may apply and will be visible at checkout.
  • Please keep the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery as delivery agents may not always carry change.
  • Some COD orders may require verification via call or SMS before dispatch.

COD Refusal Policy:

  • If you refuse a COD order after it has been dispatched, the reverse shipping costs will be billed to you.
  • Repeated COD refusals will result in a permanent COD ban on your phone number, email and address.
  • We encourage customers to order only when they are sure about the purchase to avoid unnecessary logistics costs.

Important: Please do not place a COD order if you are unsure about the purchase. Refused COD orders cost us logistics charges and may result in a permanent COD ban on future orders from your details.


Failed Delivery Attempts:

  • Our courier partner will make 2–3 delivery attempts at the address provided.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address and that your phone is reachable.
  • If all delivery attempts fail, the order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin) and sent back to us.
  • For RTO orders, the customer will be responsible for reverse shipping costs in line with our COD refusal policy.

Lost or Damaged in Transit:

  • In the rare case your package is lost in transit, please email us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • We will coordinate with our logistics partner to investigate and resolve the issue.
  • If the package is damaged in transit, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photo and video evidence of the parcel and packaging.
  • Claims raised after these timeframes may not be eligible for resolution.

Delivery Delays:

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
  • Common reasons for delay include weather conditions, regional strikes, courier backlogs, festive season volumes and incorrect address details.
  • Weslora is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
  • For any concerns about a delayed order, please email us with your order number and we will check the status with our courier partner.

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order and before dispatch.
  • To cancel, email us immediately at Contact@weslora.com with your order number.
  • Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
  • For prepaid cancelled orders, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Changes to This Policy:

  • We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, courier partners or applicable law.
  • Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top.
  • Continued use of our store after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
